The Sun Room is available for private parties from 25-100 guests. This room offers flexible seating arrangements, five TVs with HDMi compatibility, and access to a private outdoor courtyard.

The Waverly Room is available for private parties from 15-24 guests. This room offers a more intimate setting with it being situated further away from the main dining rooms. Perfect for events like baby or bridal showers or work meetings.
Oscar’s Alehouse is conveniently located off of I-70 and Marriottsville Road, with convenient access to Route 32 and Route 40 as well. We handle all of the food, beverage and facility costs to offer you the most reasonable pricing options around.
